to discuss your service needs with one of our professional Traveling
Barber & Beauty Shop representatives. |

You
will be assigned a Traveling Barber & Beauty
Shop Representative who will be handling your account throughout
your time with Traveling Barber & Beauty Shop. Your representative
will explain Traveling Barber & Beauty Shop’s policies and
procedures and discuss pricing over the telephone. Please completely
fill out the Traveling Barber Shop new client application immediately
after you talk to your representative. If necessary, your representative
will
visit your facility to inspect the area(s)
that will provide the best possible conditions under which the
Barber/Beauticians can service the clients. They will also set
up a start date and work out a routine service schedule.

Step 2. |
Barbers and/or Beauticians will be scheduled
to come out to service your facility. |
|
When servicing your facility, the Barbers/Beauticians will bring
with them a three-part NCR form, which we call a Sign in Form.
The Sign in Form will have the name, city and state of your facility,
the invoice number, the name of the clients that will be serviced and
the cost for services. The clients will have to individually sign their
names on the Sign in Form immediately following the completion of service.
If there is a confidentiality issue, the clients can sign their first
name and the initial for their last name.

Step 3. |
A Supervisor or other authorized staff person
will verify completion of service. |
|
After the Barbers/Beauticians complete their service, they will need a
Supervisor or another authorized staff person to print their name in
the space provided on the three-part NCR Sign in Form. Your facility
will receive the Canary copy for payment along with a Return Date Form.
The Return Date Form lets your facility know when Traveling Barber & Beauty
Shop will be returning to service the clients. (Barbers
and Beauticians will always clean up after services are completed.)

Step 4. |
Clients scheduled to receive service should
be identified by your facility. |
|
Please have all clients ready when the
Barbers/Beauticians arrive at your site because they are on
a concise schedule. Traveling
Barber & Beauty Shop technicians will always show up 15
minutes prior to start time.

Step 5. |
Invoices should be paid in a timely manner. |
|
Please make sure your bills are paid on time so that service will not be
interrupted.
